Return and Refund Policy

Return Period

You have up to 30 calendar days after receiving your order to start a return process.

Conditions for Return

Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

It is necessary to present the receipt or proof of purchase.

Personalized or special order items are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged or defective.

Changes

To exchange a product, you must return the original item following the above procedure and make a new purchase.

Exceptions

Items purchased on sale or at a discount can only be exchanged, not subject to refund.
